Will this be the season that Lauren and her former BFF Heidi Montag finally extinguish their feud or will Heidi actually become Mrs. Spencer Pratt? Maybe we'll get to meet a whole new cast of characters. "I have some friends on [the show], some friends off," Lauren tells In Touch.
